By accessing and using Greenline ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Greenline is a personal finance management tool that helps users track income, expenses, bills, debts, and loans. The Service provides budgeting tools and financial insights to help users manage their finances.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Billing

4.1 Free Trial

New users receive a 14-day free trial with access to limited features. No credit card is required to start the trial.

4.2 Paid Subscriptions

After the trial period, you may subscribe to a paid plan (Pro) to continue using the Service with expanded features. Subscriptions are billed monthly unless otherwise specified.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

4.4 Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law or at our sole discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GREENLINE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Greenline is a budgeting tool and does not provide financial advice. The Service is not a substitute for professional financial planning, tax advice, or investment guidance. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
